All products are handcrafted. Imperfections such as minor blemishes, slight colour inconsistencies, inaccurate dimensions and other minor issues are expected. 

All our products are thoroughly checked before packing for delivery. Please check all products upon receipt. No return or refund will be available upon acceptance.  

Self pick-up at Pioneer Mall by appointment.

Local or overseas shipping fee is payable separately upon confirmation of shipping address.
